Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the lead on high-profile developments while advancing your career within a thriving consultancy? Working closely with the Regional Director, you'll take ownership of project delivery from inception through to completion, helping clients manage cost, risk, and procurement while ensuring exceptional project outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead cost management services on major residential and mixed-use developments
- Deliver comprehensive pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
- Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients
- Manage procurement strategies, tendering processes, and contract administration
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, and risk profiles
- Drive commercial performance and successful project delivery
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants
- Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development
- Contribute to client relationship management, business development, and the continued growth of the business
What We're Looking For
You'll be a commercially aware and proactive professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (BSc or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably within a consultancy environment
- Strong experience within the residential sector, with high-risk residential building experience advantageous
- Excellent contract knowledge and contract administration expertise
- Proven ability to manage project change, risk, and commercial performance
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior professionals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry systems
