We are seeking a motivated and proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience to join our growing Manchester team. The successful candidate will take a lead role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the Retail, Commercial, Residential, and Leisure sectors. They will play a key role in managing cost, risk, and procurement across the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on behalf of the clients.

Working under the guidance of the Regional Director, you will be responsible for delivering Quantity Surveying services while leading project teams and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing Manchester office with a strong reputation and an expanding, multi-sector client base.

As our Senior Quantity Surveyor you will:

  • Lead cost management delivery on a major residential development
  • Provide full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
  • Act as a key client-facing representative and trusted advisor
  • Manage procurement, tendering, and contract administration processes
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and risk profiles to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external consultants/contractors
  • Support and mentor junior team members
