Construction Consultancy Project Manager (Client Side)\\nLocation: Based from our offices in London, SE1 2AU\\nSalary: Competitive, DOE + Excellent Benefits\\nContract: Full time, permanent. 37.5 hour working week; Monday to Friday.\\nBenefits: The role will command a highly competitive salary and remuneration package as well as a broad benefits package focused on personal development, wellbeing and community.\\nIn order to be successful in this role you must be an experience Project Manager with experience of the construction industry and consultancy and / or client experience.\\nWe are Monaghans Ltd, we provide what is truly the best-in-class multi-disciplinary building consultancy services, delivering quality professional expertise and advice to clients throughout the UK and internationally.\\nWe have offices in London, Sheffield, Manchester, and Leeds and our core services are cost management, project management, programme management, building surveying and health and safety consultancy to multiple construction sectors, no two days are the same with us.\\nWe are part of Trebbi, a unique structure of businesses with shared vision, mission and values that provide consultancy, engineering, and design services within the built environment.\\nIn addition to this, as our Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for:\\n * Day to day delivery of projects.\\n * Manage design teams and develop solutions.\\n * Manage accounts at an account executive level, involving client liaison and managing an internal team structure\\n * Contract administration.\\n * Develop and utilise key project documents & processes.\\n * Upward reporting to meet client expectations.\\n * Utilise sector knowledge to exceed client expectations.\\nIn order to be successful in this role you must have:\\n * Experience working in a similar role\\n * A degree in construction management or similar would be great although this is not essential.\\n * Strong Project Management knowledge base throughout pre and post construction phases.\\n * Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.\\n * Experience in the construction sector – particularly retail, leisure, or commercial sectors.\\n * Experience of administration of construction contracts.\\n * Experience of working within a consultancy or client organisation.\\n * Experience in a client facing role.\\n * Experience of managing or mentoring junior members of staff.\\n * Experience of successfully operating within multi stakeholder environments.\\n * Ability to challenge constructively and deliver client led targets.\\n * Ability to clearly articulate project needs on a scheme by scheme basis.\\n * Ability to pro-actively contribute to value management and value engineering studies at project and programme level.\\n * Delivery of work outputs within set time frames.\\n * Commitment, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.\\n * Team player capable of a flexible approach.\\n * Energetic and self-motivated.\\n * Strong IT capabilities including working experience of Microsoft Office.\\nSuccessful candidates will be offered excellent career development opportunities supported by our varied and challenging workload.\\nMonaghans are committed to the continuous professional development of all our staff and we provide a range of professional training programmes and support for staff at all levels including those requiring support to obtain relevant academic or professional qualifications.\\nThis job advert is not eligible for sponsorship.\\nIf you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role, click on “APPLY” today, forwarding an up-to-date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instance.\\nNo agencies please
