    • Review Particulars of Claim from time to time for training and developmental purposes.
    • Contribute to the development of legal training and guidance on casework approach for new joiners.
    • Together with other senior team members, help build a training programme for Newly Qualified Solicitors that ensures they gain experience from a variety of casework and build a well-rounded legal skillset.
  • Casework
    • Maintain autonomy over your own casework and manage a high-quality caseload of employment matters, advising clients across a broad range of disputes on a No Win No Fee basis.
    • Negotiate exit packages and settlement agreements.
    • Assist clients with the preparation and progression of Employment Tribunal claims where appropriate.
    • Embrace and use our proprietary legal tech in your day-to-day work.
About You:
  • Qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer in England & Wales with significant post-qualification experience in employment law (typically 5+ PQE) - claimant side experience is required.
  • Experience in litigation.
  • Strong technical expertise in contentious employment matters.
  • Experience supervising junior lawyers, trainees or paralegals.
  • Tech-savvy with excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware with strong client-handling skills.
  • A collaborative and supportive leadership style.
Perks of working with us:
  • Opportunity to help develop the next generation of tech-enabled employment lawyers.
  • Clear influence within an ambitious & growing firm.
  • Competitive salary + commission, with reduced fee-earning targets reflective of supervisory responsibilities.
  • Leveraging tech innovation - we’re at the forefront of AI adoption in the legal industry.
  • Flexibility – real ability to shape your working hours and routines.
  • Autonomy & independence – you run your cases with the support of our tech-enabled workflows and processes and no partner layer; you work directly with clients.
