About Us: From the team that brought you grapple.law and monacosolicitors.co.uk, Grapple is a start-up funded by Monaco Solicitors, owned 100% by Alex Monaco. We are building a legal tech system to provide an affordable AI Lawyer and aim for global reach. We operate with a start-up mentality within a long-term, stable, self-funded business, encouraging creativity, health and wellness, and flexible working hours.
The Role: We have an ambitious roadmap to expand Grapple into every area of consumer law and reach millions of people. You will play a key part in this journey by getting our story out into the world. You will work directly with our marketing leadership to:
- Identify and research journalists, publications, and influencers who can amplify our message
- Pitch Grapple's story in compelling ways that secure coverage and drive awareness
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and partners
- Monitor results and adapt strategies for maximum impact
- Support events, campaigns, and creative marketing initiatives
What We Are Looking For: We want someone who can hit the ground running — a confident communicator who can find the right journalists, craft a compelling pitch, and make sure Grapple gets noticed. You should have:
- 1–2 years of experience in PR, communications, social media, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and a flair for storytelling
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the confidence to reach out to new contacts
- An interest in PR, media, and digital marketing
- An understanding of what makes a story newsworthy
- Creativity and attention to detail
