About the Role
We are expanding again and looking for a qualified Senior Employment Solicitor with experience in English employment law to join our team. You'll be working on claimant cases, focussing on negotiation, typically involving discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and breach of contract. This is a salaried position with a negotiable base and a generous commission structure, depending on experience. Part-time applicants (minimum 3 days/week) are welcome to apply. You'll have the support of a forward-thinking team of senior and trainee solicitors and particularly sophisticated tech.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer (England & Wales) with min 5/6 years' PQE
- Experience in employment law (ideally claimant side)
- Very tech-savvy
- Team player
- Commercially aware

What You'll Be Doing
- Advising employees on a wide range of employment disputes, mainly on No Win No Fee terms.
- Negotiating exit packages and settlement agreements.
- Helping clients file employment tribunal claims where necessary.
- Embracing and using legal tech in your day-to-day work.
- Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the legal development of trainee solicitor colleagues.
- Participating in monthly or quarterly in-person team meetings in London Chancery Lane.
