In this role you will:
- Have overall accountability for people and financial performance for your dealership.
- With support from your Brand Director and Group support functions, you will lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
- Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed.
- Oversee the sales and aftersales divisions, ensuring performance meets or exceeds budget.
- Set financial and growth objectives for each department, ensuring profit and product targets are met.
- Accurately finalise dealership reporting in line with group reporting frameworks.
- Develop and implement dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support business objectives.
- Ensure the dealership consistently achieves high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dealership activities comply with Mon Motors Group, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high levels of customer service standards, ensuring adherence to brand requirements.
- Maximise commercial opportunities through developing and implementing campaigns within specific market sectors.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring staff comply with Health and Safety requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A proven track record in the automotive industry, ideally as a Head of Business or General Manager.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, driving high team performance and fostering a motivated, results-driven culture.
- A professional and composed approach, confidently engaging with stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and business growth.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing management accounts will be key to delivering outstanding results.
- While manufacturer experience is beneficial, your passion for leadership, strategic mindset, and ability to develop high-performing teams are what truly set you apart.
