The opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented supply chain planner to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, keeping fulfilment running smoothly and ensuring our processes reflect the high standards our customers expect. It’s a varied role, with continuous improvement being a key focus; from aligning demand forecasts and managing incoming orders, to building out our reporting function and leading the team day to day.

What you’ll do

  • Build trusted relationships with key customer contacts; align customer demand forecasts with production team, manage incoming orders and proactively minimise any supply risks to hit service level targets.
  • Formalise and create SOPs for procedures in place and drive continuous improvement across the planning and fulfilment process.
  • Create and improve operational trackers, analysing trends and suggesting solutions to drive better performance in the operations team.
  • Act as the day-to-day lead for the operations team; resolving queries and operational issues quickly and effectively, escalating where needed.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a supply chain, demand planning or operations coordination role.
  • Experience fulfilling orders into grocery.
  • Confident working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communicator who can build rapport and credibility with both customers and internal teams.
