HEAD OF SALES Type: Full-time We are on a mission to produce the UK\’s best tasting and highest quality kombucha. To achieve that we brew the old-fashioned way in small batches and leave our kombucha completely unfiltered for a fuller depth of flavour. We’re a proud B Corp (the highest-scoring kombucha company globally), and featured on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list in 2025. You’ll find MOMO in Ocado, Riverford, GAIL’s, Planet Organic, Nando’s, Whole Foods Market, and over 1,200 independents. This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead the sales strategy of one of the UK’s most exciting challenger brands. Reporting to the cofounder, you’ll own the commercial plan and be responsible for growing and managing our customer base across grocery, foodservice, wholesale, and beyond. You\’ll lead national account relationships, build and coach a high-performing sales team, and drive our next phase of growth, all while staying true to our values and culture. To help us get there, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead the charge. Sales Strategy & Leadership · Own and evolve MOMO’s sales strategy to deliver ambitious revenue growth. · Develop channel strategies across grocery, foodservice, wholesale, and more. · Forecast sales performance and manage the commercial P&L alongside finance. · Hire, train and coach a growing sales team. · Develop team KPIs and build a high-performance, values-aligned sales culture. Lead commercial negotiations and develop joint business plans to secure long-term, profitable partnerships. · Account Management · Act as the lead for select national accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships with key buyers. · Monitor performance, analyse sales data and market trends, and respond proactively. Support product and brand teams with market feedback and launch readiness. From packing orders to writing Christmas cards, everyone, including our founders, gets involved when needed. 8+ years of commercial experience in FMCG, ideally with a strong track record in premium, health-focused, or challenger brands. · Proven success winning and growing national grocery and foodservice accounts. · Strong commercial acumen and experience owning trade spend and margins. · Strong communication and people management skills. · Genuine passion for health & wellness and better-for-you food & drink.
