Responsibilities include implementing all aspects of sales related activities such as planning, monitoring and measuring all customers within the defined territory. The role requires being fully conversant with all products within the group and managing a portfolio of clients within designated market segments to seek business for the hotel. Involvement in all sales related activities like participation in sales roadshows/blitzes and attendance at trade functions, trade shows and promotions as directed is essential. The candidate will need to put into motion all sales leads and organise hotel and facilities familiarisation tours for clients and potential customers. Implementing programmes to win continued customer loyalty and developing productive sales relationships with all customers and potential customers while managing key accounts effectively is crucial. Preparation of sales reports and annual sales budgets is also required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
