Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily pricing and inventory strategy across all distribution channels
  • Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and competitor performance
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and forecasts
  • Support rate loading, promotions and channel optimization (OTA, GDS, Brand.com)
  • Analyze market trends and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office to ensure alignment of strategies
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting exercises
  • Ensure data accuracy in PMS and RMS systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Management or Reservations in the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud, Amadeus System, The Hotel Network
  • Good understanding of distribution channels and online travel agencies
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and commercially minded
