Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks from the F&B department (mails/reports, letters/memos, event menus, name cards, and other related correspondence).
  • Responsible for the creation and deletion of new items in the POS system.
  • Conduct market research on competitor promotions.
  • Attend to guest/client phone queries and provide information or direct them to the manager in charge.
  • Monitor F&B supplies and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
  • Follow up with reservations deposits and events payments.
  • Coordinate with the outlet manager for staff training (internal/external).
  • Update digital signage for events and ensure projection is in order.
  • Prepare monthly town hall slides to present new F&B updates/promotions for the month.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks when assigned by the F&B manager.
