About Content Services

Content Services is the creative engine room of our delivery for B2B marketing clients, providing the expertise and skills needed to execute impactful and innovative programs. Comprising content strategists, creatives, and producers, the team collaborates with our consulting practices in an agile manner to deliver a range of creative services. We utilise both technological platforms and proven processes to deliver high‑quality projects across various marketing and sales channels. The deliverables include digital marketing materials such as videos, social media kits, infographics, brochures, eBooks, and emails, as well as offline assets such as direct mail and printed documents.

About The Role

As a Producer, you will manage and produce multiple content formats across marketing channels – email, social media posts, long‑ and short‑form articles/blogs, eBooks, and video. Your primary mission is to ensure successful on‑time, on‑budget delivery by collaborating closely with Client Practices and managing project resources, scopes, schedules, quality control, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scoping and Planning: Collaborate with client practices to fully understand project requirements, objectives and scope before planning. Ensure all content deliverables are accurately scoped, resources allocated, milestones defined, risks identified, and the delivery timeline owned.
  • Delivery: Develop and deliver asset and task briefs for creative and content resources, ensuring alignment. Own and actively manage all resource allocations in the delivery plan, securing the optimal team and keeping the project on track. Work with the Studio Manager to resolve resourcing conflicts and issues. Manage third‑party deliveries, including briefing, costing and overseeing work from freelancers or external vendors, ensuring all costs are reflected in the budget. Maintain the project timeline and agreed brief, and manage the internal and external feedback and amendment process. Oversee internal quality control and external proofreading to ensure highest‑quality deliverables are shared with clients. Keep the project within budget by reviewing costs and adjusting the delivery plan as necessary.
  • Best Practices: Follow all best‑practice delivery processes and workflows defined by the operations team. Collaborate with operations to identify and implement necessary workflow improvements. Own the project workspace in our Mavenlink platform during the delivery phase.
  • Pricing: Assist client practice and operations teams in developing pricing for non‑standard or bespoke deliverables. Continuously learn from, refine, and share pricing strategies to improve accuracy and competitiveness.

  • Project management – skilled at planning, organizing and managing resources.
  • Technical proficiency – experience with Asana, Trello, and knowledge of creative production processes.
  • Time management – expertise in prioritising tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Negotiation – skillful in managing creative stakeholders, external vendors and freelancers.
  • Communication – exceptional verbal and written skills for collaboration.
  • Budget management – skilled in budgeting and managing financial constraints.
  • Problem‑solving – adept at identifying issues, evaluating options and implementing solutions efficiently.
  • GenAI – experience orchestrating GenAI solutions within the creative process is a plus.

Experience

  • At least three years in a similar role within a creative agency or in‑house creative team.
  • Proven portfolio of managing successful creative and marketing projects.
  • Client management – clear understanding of client needs and delivery of exceptional solutions.
  • Cross‑functional team management – leading designers, developers, marketers.
  • Crisis management – handling and resolving challenges during projects.
  • Desirable expertise includes all aspects of creative production – brand development, digital media production, web development, print materials, and large‑scale creative projects.

Salary £40,000 – £50,000
