We are looking for a fresh thinking creative and talented designer, who has experience in the full process of Experience Design from concept to execution; including customer journey mapping, 3D design and visualisation, light knowledge of manufacture methods and great communication and storytelling skills. We are looking for you to bring strong and refined design skills to the table and push the boundaries of the brief to create bold, memorable and ambitious designs to life for our clients.
Our ideal candidate will have similar agency experience in designing for commerce, which could include POS design, shop-in-shop and experiential in-store activations and retail environments – as well as any relevant experience in brand experience design. You will be working with a strong Strategy, Conceptual, Design, and Artwork Team who thrive on collaboration to create the most fearless and high-quality work. Most importantly, you’ll have an insatiable curiosity and stay ahead of design trends, drawing your ideas from anywhere and everywhere.

Key Skills & Attributes:
- Creative & Design: Originates and brings-to-life concepts through exemplary aesthetic, design direction and 3D technical skills. Holds strong sense of experience design fundamentals (audience journey mapping, 3D design skills, manufacture knowledge, etc...). Continually seeks to deepen their understanding of client brands, experiential landscape, audience mindset to ensure delivery of appropriate and innovative solutions, with a level of brand guardianship. Has a genuine passion for design and the culture surrounding it.
- Organisation: Strong organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Friendly, personable and able to work well in a team or independently. Someone who is happy to work in a hybrid nature (2/3 days in our London office and home).
- Communication: Possess good presentation and storytelling skills to effectively articulate creative concepts and design rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of the 3D design software. 3DsMax, SketchUp preferred but not limited to. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Ability to scamp / concept sketch. Familiar with the Office 365 ecosystem (Word, Excel, Teams). 3D animation skills are a bonus but not a necessity.
- Past Experience: Experience at a similar level in a design or experiential agency ideal. Experience and knowledge of designing within the experiential commerce sector. The ideal person should have a portfolio to support the above.
