We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead across two pieces of business, the American Express’ B2B programme and AEG entertainment venue portfolio. With a robust annual calendar of opportunities and needs, this role calls for someone who can confidently own day‑to‑day delivery, nurture strong client relationships, and ensure flawless execution from brief to completion. Reporting into the Senior Account Director, you’ll oversee daily client and partner communications, transforming briefs into actionable plans and guiding teams through seamless delivery. Adaptability and a proactive mindset are key. Strong presentation skills, strategic thinking, and a solutions‑driven approach will set you up for success.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Manage client and partner relationships to deliver world‑class experiences.
  • Oversee reporting management, including regular status updates, planning, and quarterly reviews.
  • Lead internal and external budget management, ensuring accurate updates for both internal teams and clients.
  • Serve as the central point of contact across Strategy, Creative, and Production teams.
  • Lead creative and production teams in delivering events, from smaller activations to large‑scale projects.
  • Ensure projects meet agency standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and partners through clear, consistent communication.
  • Take ownership of project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams, supporting direct reports in their growth.
  • Review project estimates, resources, and hours in collaboration with producers.
  • Anticipate challenges, problem‑solve effectively, and provide objective, balanced advice.

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • Flexibility to work outside of your core hours and the occasional weekend when delivering an event.
  • Experienced in an agency environment: you know your way around briefs, budgets, and client and partner management.
  • Ideally bring B2B or entertainment experience.
  • Tenacious, proactive, and solutions oriented, with a strong “can‑do” attitude.
  • A hunter, looking for the next brief while working on the current one.
  • Skilled in deck writing, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in fast‑paced environments and contributes ideas confidently.
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends during live activations, with flexibility to travel 2–3 times annually.
