At Credera, we are passionate about helping clients deliver complex, business-critical transformation projects. Our clients are some of the biggest names in industry and our projects are every bit as challenging as you’d find in large consulting firms.

As a Managing Consultant you will have the opportunity to play an important part in shaping and developing our Programme Leadership capability, with the support of an established and well positioned company with an impeccable track record and customer base.

Our Project & Platforms Comms Consultant will work with Credera clients and colleagues to develop and deliver organisational change to meet the client’s strategic objectives. As a proven Comms specialist, you’ll help clients focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. Typically, you will lead or be intrinsic to joint client teams focused on successful delivery and adoption of change. Internally, you will be a key contributor to the Programme Leadership practice. You will deepen the strength of our collective knowledge, develop collateral and help drive our growth through client extensions and bid support.

This is a permanent position within our Management Consulting function. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week onsite - either at client sites or your local Credera office (London, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle). We value collaboration and client impact, balancing flexibility with in-person connection to deliver exceptional results.
