Overview
In this role you will lead social content for an award-winning agency, crafting engaging ideas and delivering compelling videos. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of trends, present content, and ensure campaigns hit KPIs. You’ll shape social activity for recognizable brands while growing your own skills in a collaborative, vibrant studio environment. This is a chance to influence brand storytelling on social platforms within a large, integrated agency.

Responsibilities
- Content creation and ideation to boost engagement and trends relevance
- Filming and editing social content for publication
- Coordinate content approvals and timing plans
- Quality control of reporting and timely client reporting
- Develop reactive ideas aligned with UK cultural conversations and client needs
- Ensure campaigns meet or exceed KPIs, with correct setup, tracking and creative specs
- Regularly monitor campaigns to identify and rectify issues with or without senior support
- Utilize analytics tools (Facebook Business Manager, Excel) and inspire amplification ideas
- Understand each client’s business and advise on performance improvements
- Manage budgets, time tracking, and resource planning to match hours and job numbers
Key requirements
- Experience at a similar senior level
- Agency experience is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in social community management, ideation and content creation (copywriting, creative thinking, reporting)
- Experience filming and editing social media content
- Interest in featuring in, presenting and talking on social media video
- Genuine passion for social media and understanding its opportunities for brands
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
