We are looking for a fresh thinking, new age creative. A talented graphic designer, who has experience in the full process of graphic design. From initial concepts through to final output including design direction, working with existing and new brands, large scale print, collateral and digital. We are looking for you to bring strong and refined design skills to the table to help bring ideas to life and push the boundaries of the brief to create bold and ambitious design.

Your ability to work in a team helping to create and develop these visual identities, then implementing across varying mediums is key. Every brief is different, but day-to-day we work alongside the strategy and conceptual teams to land an initial approach, then the experience design team who help bring the vision to life in 3D, followed by the Production and artwork teams to execute the final experience.

This role will be working across lots of exciting brands including: American Express, Verizon, Microsoft, General Mills (Häagen Dazs, Old El Paso), Dyson, Bupa and more! You’ll be working with a strong Design, Interactive and Creative Team who thrive on collaboration to create the most fearless and standout work. You’ll have an insatiable curiosity and stay ahead of design trends. A team player that can operate and work in this capacity, as well as in silo on certain projects. KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Creativity and Design - Originates and brings-to-life concepts through exemplary aesthetic and design skill. Holds strong sense of design fundamentals (type, colour, layout, balance, contrast, etc). Owns a passion for design and the culture surrounding it. Enjoys crafting beautiful and functional things. Is hungry and looking to continually hone their craft. Animation and editing skills are a bonus.
  • Organisation - Strong organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Continually seeks to deepen understanding of client brands, markets, customers and channels of distribution to ensure delivery of appropriate and innovative solutions.
  • Team Player - Friendly, personable and able to work well in a team. Someone who helps a fellow team mate in a pinch. Ensure brand guardianship on all projects and has had experience with brands previously. Happy to work in a hybrid nature (London office and home). Possess presentation skills to effectively articulate creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders and encourage/empower the rest of the design team to become confident and effective presenters. Good client facing skills and storytelling ability.
  • Technical Skills - Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Familiar with the Office 365 ecosystem (Word, Excel, Teams). Ability to draw/illustrate is a plus. Adobe Premiere and After Effects skills are a bonus.
  • Past Experience - Experience at a similar level in a design or experiential agency ideal, but not necessary. Experience in design for both print and digital, motion design preferably in an agency environment. The ideal person should have a portfolio to support the above.
