Overview
In this role you will lead top-tier SEO and organic accounts, steering strategy and experimentation to grow SERP visibility and brand authority. You’ll collaborate with an SEO Director and cross-functional teams to audit, report, and implement future-ready organic growth initiatives, including AI-driven discovery and Generative Engine Optimisation. You’ll work directly with clients to uncover opportunities and shape long-term organic performance in a fast-evolving search landscape. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and driving growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts and coordinate with the SEO Director
- Conduct audits, prepare reports, and execute strategic plans
- Lead innovation testing and adoption of new organic growth approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and delivery
- Identify opportunities to grow organic market share, SERP visibility, AI search presence, and brand authority
- Develop future-ready organic strategies reflecting changes in user discovery and consumption patterns
- Maintain proactive client communication and provide strategic guidance
