The role suits someone who is highly organized, strategic and looking to work in a full-service agency environment, relishing the opportunity to work on a single client and develop with the brand and agency as a whole.Key Responsibilities:Lead campaigns from start to finish. Support the Executive director, and manage the day-to-day running of the accountKey point of contact for clients on multiple lines of businessManage and strategically asign budgets on campaign levelBrief, and coordinate media planning process with local and specialist teamsStay on top of all deliverables – booking deadlines, delivery deadlines, launch timings – across all media & communicate as appropriateCreate and present concise and visually strong presentations for multiple stakeholders including clientsAbility to analyse data across multiple partners and campaigns to suggest optimisations to improve campaigns against KPIs.Bring together different media plan elements in a cohesive, integrated wayOversee campaign budget and tracking for different lines of businessBe a key point of contact for local European and global teamsWork closely with local teams and media vendors to identify new opportunities / partnershipsDesired Skills/Experience: Passion for and interest in international media planning / buyingStrong time management & organisational skills.Strong financial acumen and numeracyHigh attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to multi-task and work with several stakeholders.
