Agency:Hearts & ScienceJob Function:ConsultingJob Subfunction: Technology ConsultingJob Description:Head of Data & Analytics The Head of Data & Analytics is responsible for leading and managing the Data department. This involves growing revenue and improving profitability within its existing capabilities, and identifying incremental revenue growth and capability development opportunities. This role is ultimately responsible for embedding a data & effectiveness culture throughout Hearts, through positive, productive collaboration with other leaders across the business. Key responsibilities Grow and evolve the data department at Hearts & Science, driving revenue & profit growth and development of capabilities A detailed commercial understanding and consistent tracking of all financial aspects of the team including revenues, costs (onshore and offshore), profitability, technology costs and other overheads Set the strategic direction for the data team, and bring that vision to life through inspirational leadership and attentive, effective people management Identify blockers to individual progression within the team and find solutions Oversee the effectiveness and timely development of bespoke products and tools to maintain Hearts’ market differentiation Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and helping identify custom solutions on all things data and measurement Represent Hearts’ data expertise to the wider industry Lead the data & measurement response in new business pitches Champion a positive, collaborative culture across the business to help embed effectiveness throughout the campaign lifecycle Understand and consider the needs and challenges of other areas of the business – not just data – to the benefit of the development of that function and the agency as a whole Anticipate future state of our business and our clients’, identifying and leading solutions to make us future-ready Actively lead and collaborate with other members of SLT on agency workstreams, acting as a champion for change and transformation with resilience and influence Contribute to the company change agenda around DEIB Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
