Join Momentum Worldwide as the Growth Director / Head of Growth based in London (hybrid). The Growth Director will spearhead our expansion across Europe, capturing new business opportunities, defining tailored regional strategies, and establishing key partnerships that elevate our reach continentâwide.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of growth strategies that align with Momentum's longâterm objectives in the European market.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities across Europe, focusing on highâpriority regions such as the UK, Spain, and the Netherlands.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for success.
- Lead initiatives to secure new clients across Europe, crafting and delivering impactful pitches that demonstrate Momentum's unique value proposition.
- Build and nurture longâterm relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for service expansion.
- Develop tailored strategies for upselling and crossâselling to maximise value for existing clients.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Growth Manager based in the UK, setting clear objectives and supporting professional development to achieve high performance.
- Inspire and guide the wider growthâfocused team, specifically in the UK & Spain, to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Drive business development activities, including RFI/RFP responses, pitch presentations, and negotiations, to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and maintain momentum across the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the President, Momentum Europe, to develop revenue forecasts, ensuring predictable and sustainable growth.
- Work closely with Momentum's creative, strategy, business leadership, and production teams to align client goals with agency expertise and deliver highâimpact campaigns.
- Liaise with global teams to ensure European strategies are integrated with Momentum's overall objectives, fostering a collaborative and unified approach.
- Represent Momentum at industry events, conferences, and within professional networks to strengthen our reputation as a leading global marketing agency.
- Engage in digital channels to promote Momentum's expertise, case studies, and client success stories, establishing thought leadership and credibility in the market.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for growth initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact and return on investment (ROI).
- Regularly review and report on financial performance related to business development, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet growth targets.
- Prepare and present regular growth performance reports, using data to highlight achievements, analyse market trends, and identify areas for improvement.
