Responsibilities

  • Assist Head of Digital Investment in delivering against key investment & principal trading product targets: OMnet, Outcomes, Marketplace
  • Checking and approval of digital OMnet plans
  • Interrogation of digital planning decisions and proactive seeking of commercial opportunities with agency partners and across investment products
  • Assist in setting up & managing functional commercial process with PHD International to allow for transaction of OMnet on hubbed client digital plans
  • Help manage the digital Approved Supplier List (ASL) and new supplier testing process
  • Help manage booking, delivery and reconciliation of digital OMnet activity
  • Assist with updating investment product trackers for all digital investment targets and products
  • Deliver quarterly reports for clients, detailing investment product investments and value
  • Presentations to clients to sell in relevant digital services (e.g. OMnet, Marketplace, Outcomes)
  • Presentations to internal teams to raise awareness of digital opportunities
  • Work closely with the relevant internal teams (mainly channel and collectives) to understand what they’re planning so we can better forecast supplier spend and proactively look at ways to improve commercials
  • Support both investment and planning teams in achieving commercial success at macro and micro level
  • Help in completion of digital pitch pricing exercises
  • Assist in creating best practice for PHD regarding client-led digital JBPs
  • Engage proactively helping teams to deliver against audit KPIs – help ensuring value is driven where required
  • Work closely with OM central trading & commercial teams to understand group pressures and communicate PHD challenges. Action these within PHD
  • Regular meetings with all major digital vendors
  • Assist in automation of admin tasks
