Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, strategies and design solutions tailored to e-commerce environments (Amazon, Walmart, and similar retailers) across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Create and strategize compelling product designs, brand store assets, and across all digital shelf touchpoints (PDPs, brand stores, and other retailer content).
- Stay current with design trends, e-commerce best practices, and industry innovations.
- Translate data-driven insights into creative solutions that optimize discovery and conversion.
- Understand the process and strategy behind design work, not just tactical execution.
- Deliver thoughtful work that clients recognise and appreciate; contribute to a stronger overall client experience.
Technical Knowledge
- Proficient expertise within Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and proficient in Excel.
- Understand the core concepts of creating videos, animation and editing techniques.
- Ability to manage, maintain, and organise files in a systematical manner.
- Apply UX/UI design principles to enhance user experience across e-commerce platforms.
- Incorporate SEO and GEO best practices into design strategy and execution.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, iterate faster, and explore new creative possibilities.
