ROLE SUMMARY
As a Client Leadership Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships within the agency while briefing and coordinating with specialist teams to ensure campaigns are implemented and tracked effectively and to the highest standard. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, ensuring that client needs are met through innovative media solutions and seamless campaign execution. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering impactful media strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business goals.
- Work closely with internal teams (strategy, media planning, creative and analytics) to develop and execute media strategies that drive client success.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with client objectives, while proactively addressing any challenges.
- Track and measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Provide regular reports, insights and presentations to clients on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on media trends, emerging platforms and consumer behaviour shifts to inform client strategies.
Skills and Experience
- You will have a good understanding of media planning, digital marketing or client services.
- You demonstrate problem-solving skills to address issues and make data-driven recommendations.
- You can prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- You stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and are open to exploring how automation and AI tools can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency in media.
- You are comfortable interacting with clients to provide updates, address concerns and manage expectations.
