It connects global stakeholders, regional planning leads, local markets, activation teams and specialist partners so that plans are aligned to global strategy, measurable and executable. The Associate Director leads workstreams and planning processes, exercises judgement on quality and escalation, influences stakeholders, and develops the capability of others. The role enables the cascade of strategic and planning frameworks across the network and to ensure that they land effectively.
