In this role you will lead the standardisation and governance of performance planning across digital campaigns, driving measurable outcomes at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement repeatable frameworks, test-and-learn agendas, and data-driven optimisations that translate complex data into actionable media plans. By elevating planning maturity across agencies, you help deliver consistent, high-quality activation aligned to client goals. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Planning, Data Analytics, and Media Capability teams to deliver holistic marketing solutions and align with channel leads for growth.
- Drive standardisation and planning frameworks, applying analytics, AI, and automation to optimize audiences and predictive models at scale.
- Establish and maintain best-practice waterfall planning across Paid Media and audit in-channel planning quality.
- Lead structured test-and-learn governance to ensure consistency across markets and platforms.
- Direct the use of performance data, audience signals, and real-time insights to optimise omnichannel budgets.
- Develop a digital maturity framework for measurement solutions (e.g., conversion lift, geo lift) and integrate client data into Performance Plans.
- Define pathways to advance clients' data, tech, and analytics maturity and identify 1PD/3PD signal strategies to simplify journeys and improve attribution across channels.
Key requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience in performance marketing or digital media in the UK.
- Track record delivering large-scale, innovative performance strategies for major clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with revenue growth and integration of performance into broader media solutions.
- Ability to drive cross-disciplinary collaboration and influence without direct authority.
- Experience managing commercial products or solutions with revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of digital media trends and evolving platforms.
- Working knowledge of data and measurement infrastructure (e.g., BigQuery, MMM tools) sufficient to direct solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at executive/client level.
- Passion for digital transformation and empowering teams to adopt new ways of working.
