The OMD UK Connected Performance team are looking for a Biddable Manager to work on our new client Aviva. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering performance and innovation through advanced optimisation, audiences, testing and technology with a focus on Paid Social & Search.
The role covers working in a team on the day-to-day delivery of your client’s business objectives from digital performance and brand activity, hands on planning, buying and strategy of paid social & search campaigns, with support from the Director & Executive.
- Lead campaign strategy and execution across biddable platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Manage and develop a team, providing guidance, training, and support to Executives.
- Collaborate with media owners to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts across OMD UK to deliver integrated solutions.
- Oversee reporting and optimisation, translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, using data analytics to measure the effectiveness of media strategies and identify areas for improvement, highlighting key insights and outcomes.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Help train and mentor junior team members.
You possess a strong understanding of media planning, buying and performance analysis with knowledge of digital, traditional and emerging media channels. You have a proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful media campaigns. You have excellent spoken and written communication skills with proven expertise in presentation storytelling to deliver impactful, persuasive proposals to clients. You can develop and implement strategic media plans using media planning and analytics tools. You stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and are open to exploring how automation and AI tools can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency in media. You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
