We're looking for an Account Director ready to take the next step in their careers, who has experience working on integrated campaigns with influencers, talent and creators.

You'll form an integral part of the influencer team and work closely with integrated teams across a variety of clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Working closely with our influencer lead to manage influencer projects and end to end execution of influencer partnershipsOversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from initial creator identification and audience alignment to briefing, content co-creation, approval workflows, and wrap-up execution.

Contribute to influencer strategyManage identification, outreach, negotiation, contracting, management, optimisation and evaluation of influencer partnershipsSupport integrated teams on talent and influencer suggestions and approaches to drive earned conversationCommercial accountabilityUnderstanding the cultural and creator landscape and emerging trendsSupport junior team members to identify and engage influencers aligned to strategic directionGuide junior team members on the development and presentation of post campaign performance reportsWork with cross-functional teams, such as strategy, creative, and paid, to establish cohesive and successful campaignsEffectively allocate and manage client influencer budgets to ensure positive impact against agreed KPIsWork closely with our clients to deliver best-in-class influencer work as well as identifying and converting additional revenue-driving opportunitiesBehavioursDisplay a can do, will do attitude within the team and wider agencyBe a proactive team playerOpen to feedback and working as a team to deliver briefsWilling to take ownership of tasks, and adhering to an organised workflowBeing open to learning new skillsA passion for your craft and creativityIdeal experience required: The job requires prior experience as an Account Director or Senior Manager looking for a new challengePossessing a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniquesUnderstanding of how influencer and talent partnerships can drive and contribute to earned conversationsProficient with industry-standard influencer discovery and analytics toolsUnderstanding influencer strategies and techniquesPossessing strong communication and negotiation abilitiesThe candidate possesses skills in data analysis and providing insights to inform campaign optimisationThis individual possesses a creative mindset and strong project management skillsJoin us and help make an impact.
