In this role you’ll shape end-to-end Experience Design for immersive brand projects. You’ll collaborate with Strategy, Conceptual, Design and Artwork teams to craft bold, memorable experiences across physical, digital and in-store environments. Expect to translate insights into compelling concepts and hands-on execution, embracing trends and pushing boundaries for commerce-driven campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Concept to execution of experience design projects
  • Lead customer journey mapping and 3D design/visualisation
  • Apply knowledge of manufacturing methods and prototyping
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Conceptual, Design and Artwork teams
  • Create bold, high-quality designs for commerce and experiential activations
  • Contribute to in-store activations, POS design, shop-in-shop and retail environments
  • Articulate design rationales and storytelling to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain brand guardianship and stay ahead of design trends

Key requirements

  • Experience at a similar level in design or experiential agency
  • Portfolio to support experience in experiential/commerce design
  • Knowledge of experiential commerce sector (POS, shop-in-shop, retail environments)
  • Strong 3D design skills and ability to communicate concepts
  • Hybrid work adaptability (London office 2–3 days)
  • Good presentation and storytelling abilities
