Our opportunity
We're looking for talented graduates to join our teams on a full-time, permanent basis, based in our central London office. From day 1 you'll be working with either our transport infrastructure team, or our structural team to actively contribute to design work across a variety of projects. With a flexible rotation policy, we will give you experience in both Momentum and Eidos during the early stages of your career, providing training alongside responsibility to actively contribute to iconic projects across London and around the world. As one of our graduates, you will experience a varied workload, spanning major infrastructure works, sports stadia, private developments, or complex high-rise building designs.

Who you are
You'll be a self-starter, love working in a hardworking team and have a passion for innovative transport solutions and building design for the future city, transport and highway infrastructure engineering, and the challenges around sustainable development in the built environment. You'll be forward thinking and have ideas about the challenges of the civil and structural design and how to put our clients, design partners and end users at the centre of our work. You will provide support to a diverse selection of projects, ranging from civil masterplans, highway design through to building structural design and delivery.
Specific skills and experience:
- A civil / structural engineering degree, or similar technical discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numeracy and analysis skills.
- Strong analytical and critical design analysis skills.
- Experienced in using standard business software such as Microsoft Office.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience of using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit or Rhino.
- Experience with Finite Element analysis software, i.e. GSA, ETABS, Strand7, etc.
- Data and coding skills.
