Glasgow City Centre
We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, people orientated, luxury goods merchandiser seeking to recruit a Financial Controller to join their multi-award-winning company. The role is based in Glasgow City Centre, with travel to other Company sites throughout the UK as and when required.
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance role, ideally within a multi-site, retail and/or luxury goods environment. You will have a strong understanding of financial control, reporting and audit processes and be commercially aware with a “can do”, commercial outlook. This will be combined with an analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills and strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
This role sits at the heart of our client’s business, with responsibility for leading and developing the finance team, fostering a culture for continuous improvement and working with directors and operational teams to support business wide decision-making as the Company continues to grow.
In return my client offers a highly competitive salary (ÂŁ75K), pension, health care, life assurance and a structured, discretionary bonus scheme ensuring an overall package more than ÂŁ100K for the right candidate.
