This represents a tremendous opportunity to join the in-house team at one of London’s most iconic venues. You will join a first-class security function where no two days are the same. Applicants must hold a SIA LICENSE and be happy working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern covering days, nights and weekends. The role will involve undertaking regular patrols so applicants must have a good level of physical fitness.
You should:
- Currently hold a valid SIA license
- Be happy working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern covering days/nights & weekends
- Have excellent customer service skills with the ability to be helpful, polite and confident
- Be conflict management trained and happy using your physical intervention skills when required
- The position will involve undertaking regular internal and external foot patrols. Patrols are conducted 24/7 and quite often in inclement weather (appropriate PPE is issued to all Officers).
What you will do:
- Provide a high level of customer service to guests, visitors and staff
- Undertaking frequent pro-active external and internal patrols.
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a polite and customer focused manner
- Incident response and management
- Conflict management
- Conduct searching of visitors upon entry to the premises
- Operation of CCTV and access control systems when required
- Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
- Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
- Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
- Respond to emergency situations
