CCTV Security Control Room Operator
Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off, permanent night shift.
Location: Hounslow TW4
Salary: £16.93 per hour / £37,000 per annum.
Do you hold a SIA CCTV license? Would you like to work at a busy Control Room in Hounslow near Heathrow?
You will join a professional control room team at a state-of-the-art control room overseeing a range of systems including CCTV, access control, remote monitoring and alarm systems.
Applicants must be SIA licensed (CCTV).
Requirements
- SIA CCTV license holder.
- Happy to work a 4 on 4 off permanent night shift pattern.
Responsibilities
- Operate security systems in a professional manner.
- Monitor CCTV systems.
- Operate access control systems.
- Operate remote monitoring systems.
- Respond to emergency situations in a professional manner.
- Liaise with emergency services when required.
- Respond to threats such as crime, illegal entry and trespass.
- Produce written incident reports.
- Manage crisis situations in a confident and calm manner.
- Respond to general queries.
