Regional Loss Prevention Manager (12-month FTC)
Location: Flexible across the UK.
Salary: £45,000 + Company Car or car allowance.
Please note that this role commences on a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for delivering the compliance programme, coaching members of staff, conducting compliance audits and working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver the Loss Prevention strategy.
Required Experience:
- Strong multi-site retail management, retail compliance or retail loss prevention/profit protection experience.
- Happy commencing on a 12-month fixed term contract
- A passion for coaching store associates in loss prevention best practice.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive profitability through loss prevention & compliance controls and processes.
- Full UK driving license
What you will do:
- Deliver the regional Loss Prevention and compliance programme for the region. This is a key regional role that will see you manage the delivery of the Compliance and Loss Prevention strategy across a large portfolio of sites.
- Deliver the compliance programme across the region through undertaking in-depth compliance and loss prevention audits
- Coach and advise retail teams in loss prevention and compliance best practice
- Identify and mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Implement the company shrink programme
- Work closely with retail teams to identify Security & Loss Prevention issues and challenges
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the region
- Conduct and deliver Loss Prevention training programmes
- Drive company profitability through the correct implementation of loss prevention/security controls and processes
- Undertake risk assessments
- Identify opportunities to improve processes by working closely with site teams
- Manage and lead LP and security specific programmes across the region
