Do you have strong LENEL experience? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support our clients and internal teams by providing technical expertise, fault finding, problem solving and troubleshooting support. Technical knowledge of Lenel is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for resolving technical issues on-site and remotely
- Troubleshooting of security systems issues (Lenel and Milestone)
- Diagnose faults
- Strive to resolve security systems issues where possible
- Liaise with external security engineers where required
- System administration support (patching, upgrades, on-boarding new sites)
- Ensure all documentation, ticketing is accurate
- Undertake on-call support
