Security & Loss Prevention Officer Rate of pay: Β£13.37 per hour (Β£27,809) Hours: Days only (5 days from 7 on a rota basis, 9 hours between 6:30am – 6pm, including some weekends). 40 hours per week. Location: This role will cover Enfield & Tottenham Benefits: Free breakfast, free parking, 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays), uniform provided, company discounts. Applicants must have prior retail security or loss prevention experience or similar. We have permanent site-based positions available across London. These positions offer guaranteed hour contracts plus great benefits, including free breakfast, free parking and ongoing training and development. Your duties will include: * Providing a customer focused security presence * Ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors * Acting as a visual deterrent to crime and security incidents * Monitoring CCTV systems * Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly manner * Security patrols of the store * Work closely with store associates and the Store Manager * Conducting internal investigations into stock loss, fraud and theft. * Monitoring security systems * Key holding * Report all security incidents in the store You should be: * Fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days. These will be 9 hour shifts between the times of 6:30am – 6pm. * Strong conflict resolution skills * Customer focused * You will have prior retail security, store detective or loss prevention experience.
