Based in Central London you will join a professional control room team at a state-of-the-art control room overseeing a range of systems including CCTV, remote monitoring and alarm systems.

Applicants must be SIA licensed (CCTV) and hold a front-line license (DS, SG, etc).

Applicants should meet the following criteria

  • SIA CCTV license holder
  • SIA front-line license holder (SG, DS, CP)
  • Happy to work a mixture of days, nights & weekends on the following fixed pattern: 3 days (Apply online only)), 3 nights (Apply online only)), 3 off.
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Operation of security systems in a professional manner
  • Monitoring CCTV systems
  • Operation of access control systems
  • Operation of remote monitoring systems
  • Respond to emergency situations in a professional manner
  • Liaise with emergency services when required
  • Respond and remain vigilant to threats such as crime, illegal entry and trespass
  • Produce written incident reports
  • Manage crisis situations in a confident and calm manner
  • Respond to general queries
  • Liaise with keyholding providers
  • Security Officer duties such as security patrols, locking, unlocking.
