Security Supervisor Location: Stallingborough, Lincolnshire, DN40 Rate of pay: £17.15 per hour (£35,672) Shift pattern: Monday - Friday (06:30 - 14:30) 40hrs per week. This is an opportunity to join a professional security team in Lincolnshire. You should hold a full manual UK driving license, be SIA licensed with the ability to lead a small security team. Essential criteria: * SIA license holder * Full UK driving license (manual) * Have the ability to lead a small security team * Good IT skills Duties to include: * You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of your team and ensure all colleagues are adhering to their duties and maintaining a high level of professionalism and security presence. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems and respond to any security breaches/incidents in an efficient and timely manner – ensuring escalation processes are adhered to. * Meeting and greeting visitors and staff to the site * Access / Egress security control * Issuing visitor passes * Managing the rota * Incident response * Regular site patrols * Security Control room activities including the remote monitoring of alarm activations. * You will respond to fire alarm activations, security incidents and emergencies. * Provide friendly customer service to members of staff and visitors * Complete security incident forms, notebook entries or Accident Report Forms as required. * Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to * Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions * Respond to emergency situations * Other general security officer duties when required Momentum Security Recruitment Specialists Established as a Security Recruitment specialist Momentum Recruitment provide a quality focused recruitment service for the provision of permanent, contract & temporary staff across the EMEA region.
