Location: Midlands (Home based – candidates can be based anywhere in/near the Midlands region)

Salary: Up to £41k + vehicle, corporate benefits. Overtime opportunities x1.5.

Hours: Monday to Friday (42 hours per week). No on-call rota.

This is a field-based role covering various company sites across the Midlands and South West. Your role will focus on the install and maintenance of fire alarms, install and service of fire extinguishers and conducting fire risk assessments.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • You should have experience in a similar role, such as a Fire Alarm Engineer, Fire Extinguisher engineer or security systems engineer
  • Full driving license holder
  • Happy travelling across company sites across the Midlands and the South West

The role:

  • Maintenance and install of fire alarms
  • Service and install of fire extinguishers
  • Carry out fire risk assessments
  • Carry out work to British standards and BAFE accreditations
  • Carry out fire safety training to staff
  • Carry out site surveys
  • Compile reports on site visits
