Overview
Female Security Officer
Location: London (nearest tube: Canning Town, Royal Victoria DLR, Custom House)
Salary: Circa Β£33,000 + benefits including pension scheme, season ticket loan, 30 days annual leave, Uniform provided. Enhanced overtime rates.
Shifts
- 2pm β 10:30pm. You will work 5 days from 7. This will include working three weekends across an 11-week period.
- 9:30am β 6pm. You will work 5 days from 7. This will include working three weekends across an 11-week period (2pm β 10:30pm)
Requirements
- Applicants must hold a SIA license. A female officer is required due to the requirement to search females.
- Essential criteria: SIA license holder; Prior security experience
Duties
- Meeting and greeting visitors and staff to the site
- Access / Egress security control
- Issuing visitor passes
- Regular site security officer patrols
- Front of house security duties
- Security Control room activities including the remote monitoring of alarm activations.
- You will respond to fire alarm activations, security incidents and emergencies.
- Provide friendly customer service to members of staff and visitors
- Carry out plant room and facilities checks when required.
- Complete security incident forms, notebook entries or Accident Report Forms as required.
- Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
- Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
- Respond to emergency situations
- Other general security officer duties when required
