Corporate Security Manager (Fixed Term Contract)\\nSalary: £negotiable depending on experience. Benefits include on-site gym, free breakfast & lunch.\\nLocation: Central London\\nHours: Monday to Friday: generally, 8am – 6pm with some flexibility required.\\n\\nAre you a security management professional with a talent for people management? Would you like to lead the in-house security team at a blue-chip Central London location?\\n\\nCommencing on a Fixed Term Contract, this role will see you provide operational and strategic leadership to a dedicated security team.

Prior experience of managing security teams in a corporate or hospitality environment is essential.\\n\\nThe role comes with an extensive benefits package which includes the use of an on-site gym, free breakfast and lunch.\\n\\nApplicants should meet the following criteria:\\n\\n * Experience managing the delivery of operational security in a corporate or hospitality environment.\\n\\n * A positive people manager with the ability to lead and develop staff\\n\\n * First class customer care skills with a passion for service excellence.\\n\\n * Experience implementing security strategy and policy – SOP’s etc.\\n\\n * Experience of positively engaging and influencing senior stakeholders\\n\\n * Ideally you will be IOSH trained\\n\\n * The ability to also manage and lead on Facilities Management and Health & Safety responsibilities (contractor/supplier engagement, compliance, investigations etc).\\n\\n * Able to undertake and commit to a Fixed Term Contract\\n\\nKey duties and responsibilities will include:\\n\\n * Manage the delivery of site security ensuring a 5-star service is delivered to guests, visitors and staff.\\n\\n * Leadership of a dedicated in-house security team\\n\\n * Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development\\n\\n * Staff training and development\\n\\n * Manage and lead on wider Facilities Management and Health & Safety responsibilities (contractor/supplier engagement, compliance, investigations etc).\\n\\n * Implementation of policies, SOP’s, AI’s, emergency preparedness etc.\\n\\n * Incident management and response\\n\\n * Safeguarding of various assets to include people, buildings and information\\n\\n * Manage Health & Safety records/compliance.\\n\\n * Complete Health & Safety assessments\\n\\n * Assist with the long-term strategic planning of the security function\\n\\n * Oversee the operation of security systems\\n\\n * Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities teams.\\n\\n * Conducting risk assessments and threat analysis across the estate\\n\\nEstablished as a Security Recruitment specialist Momentum Recruitment provide a quality focused recruitment service for the provision of permanent, contract & temporary staff across the EMEA region.\\n\\nMomentum Recruitment covers the following markets.\\n\\nCorporate Security\\nManned Guarding – Management & Operations\\nManned Guarding – Officer & site personnel staff\\nRetail Loss Prevention, Audit & Fraud\\nHSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Assurance)\\nFacilities Management – Hard (M&E) & Soft Services\\nSecurity Sales & Business Development\\nElectronic Security\\nRisk Management
