As part of the security management team, this role plays an integral part in the co-ordination and delivery of on-site security services and associated projects. Your role will combine operational leadership, project support, compliance and contractor/supplier management.

  • We are looking for a security professional with strong administration and co-ordination skills.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the operational delivery of security across the estate.
  • Oversee the delivery of security systems including management of 3rd party providers.
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of special projects.
  • Help to create and maintain security culture in line with UK Government Security requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with UK Government Security Policy Frameworks.
  • Maintenance of all security procedures and implementation of policies.
  • Ensure that contract SLA’s and KPI’s are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with the long-term strategic planning of the security function.
  • Monitor the 3rd party supplier provision of security services including manned guarding and security system maintenance.
  • Support all awareness, education and training related to security.
  • Provide data and reporting on all security activities.
