Tremendous opportunity to spearhead the commercial business development activity for a Top 20 security provider. We are seeking an ambitious sales professional with a talent for developing significant new business across the Security guarding sector.
You will be given the tools to succeed and supported by a successful bid function and marketing teams. You will be adept at prospecting for new business, converting qualified leads and networking across existing clients. Applicants must have experience of developing new business and converting sales opportunities within the security sector. Your typical annual revenue generation should be in excess of £4 million.

You will be:
- A sales or business development professional with a track record of revenue generation in the UK Security or Guarding sector.
- Experienced in converting ‘big ticket’ sales opportunities in the security sector.
- Target orientated with the ability to negotiate, win new business and sell at a senior level.
- A confident negotiator experienced at demonstrating ROI to potential customers.
- Able to build business in new sectors or markets.
- Having a track record of revenue generation and meeting financial revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- The development of significant high value new business across the security sector (services include security guarding, keyholding, mobile and Technology).
- The development of profitable new business across the South of the UK.
- Communication with existing and potential customers.
- Attendance at client meetings.
- Completion of bids, PQQ’s, RFI’s etc in conjunction with the bid team.
- Effective networking with potential customers.
- Timely and accurate completion of tender questionnaires.
- Effective maintenance of Company sales database.
- Completion of accurate weekly sales activity reports.
