Location: Basildon, Essex
Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate strong security administration experience, together with a good understanding of MOD and UKSV processes and procedures. As part of the security management team, this role plays an integral part in the co-ordination and delivery of on-site security services and associated projects. Your role will combine operational leadership, project support, compliance and contractor/supplier management.

- Proactive with the ability to identify process improvement and implement any changes.
- Strong administration and IT skills.
- Have the ability to achieve SC clearance.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the operational delivery of security across the estate.
- Oversee the delivery of security systems including management of 3rd party providers.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of special projects.
- Help to create and maintain security culture in line with UK Government Security requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UK Government Security Policy Frameworks.
- Maintenance of all security procedures and implementation of policies.
- Ensure that contract SLA’s and KPI’s are met and exceeded.
- Manage security clearances for the site.
- Monitor the 3rd party supplier provision of security services including manned guarding and security system maintenance.
- Support all awareness, education and training related to security.
- Provide data and reporting on all security activities.
