We are an outbound sales agency helping creative agencies build predictable revenue systems that actually work. We become an extension of our clients' sales teams - booking high-quality meetings with decision-makers who genuinely need what we are selling. We have helped our clients get in front of household names and industry leaders, and we are expanding fast. We work with ambitious creative agencies (web dev, branding, design, marketing) who are ready to scale beyond referrals, and now we are looking for a Growth Partner who is ready to grow with us.
We are not looking for your average employee. We are looking for someone who is hungry, willing to contribute ideas, and genuinely excited about outbound sales done properly.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Self-source new opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Qualify leads properly - budget and need matter, but so do shared values. We build long-term partnerships, not transactional relationships
- Manage and maintain a well-organised sales pipeline
- Think on your feet, build rapport with decision-makers across different industries, and close deals that matter
What You Will Need:
- At least 3+ years in a business development or sales role (experience in digital marketing or lead generation agencies is a bonus)
- Confidence presenting both virtually and face-to-face with key stakeholders
- A proactive, results-driven mindset - you do not wait for opportunities, you create them
- Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex deals
- Excellent time management and a passion for improving processes to maximise efficiency
