Momentum Training is seeking a qualified RTITB Accredited Forklift Truck Instructor to join our Lincoln training centre. This is an exciting opportunity to help unemployed adults gain industry-recognised forklift qualifications and progress into rewarding careers within warehousing and logistics.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver RTITB accredited Counterbalance and Reach Truck training.
- Deliver practical and classroom-based learning sessions.
- Assess learners against RTITB standards.
- Complete learner records and assessment documentation.
- Maintain safe training environments and equipment.
- Support learners from enrolment through to qualification.
- Work alongside the wider training team.
- Ensure compliance with funding and quality requirements.
- Encourage learner confidence and employability.
- Contribute to positive learner outcomes and progression.
What We're Looking For
- Valid RTITB Forklift Instructor accreditation.
- Previous experience delivering FLT training.
