As a Tutor, you will plan and deliver high-quality, engaging sessions that support adult learners in gaining qualifications, developing employability skills, and progressing into further training or employment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging sessions in Warehousing, Retail, English, and Soft Skills (up to Level 2)
- Adapt teaching to meet individual learner needs using initial assessments
- Track learner progress and complete key documentation (reviews, attendance)
- Provide clear feedback and support learners to achieve and progress
