You will have strong practical experience within warehousing, logistics or materials handling and demonstrable experience operating and training others on forklift trucks. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with learners and colleagues. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, particularly when completing assessment and compliance documentation.
