You will play a key role in promoting our government-funded training programmes, engaging with learners, employers and referral partners, while supporting individuals into education, training and sustainable employment. Working across Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area, you will develop partnerships with local organisations, attend networking and recruitment events, engage with employers and support learners throughout their journey from initial enquiry through to progression into work.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Momentum Training programmes across Lincoln and Lincolnshire.
- Generate learner referrals through community engagement, outreach activities and local partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Jobcentre Plus, employers, local authorities, community organisations, charities and referral partners.
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities.
